- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Can calling a doctor office get any more complicated??? I mean so many menu options, yet you can't get a live person on the phone. I hear the doctor is great. One of my family members has decided to stop going here. The office harps on using the "portal" for everything; problem is, response time is that of a sloth. It really is disheartening to be in communication with someone through the "portal" and get no response. So you may or may not get a person to respond to your needs. All of this to say, my money will no longer be going to this establishment. This office and their logistical procedures makes me sick actually. So sick that I need to see a doctor but wouldn't have any success getting an appointment here. As I've stated before, I hear the doctor is good. It's everything else that ruins the only positive thing about the office; the doctor. The entire staff needs to be eliminated and their mission statement needs to be updated.May 23, 2017by Paul Marlow
